I will not give in to the feeling of being powerless
I will not succumb to fears inside
I will not let melancholy engulf me
Even if it seems forced…I will smile
In this hour
I will appreciate the gift of time
the gift of extra cuddles with me and mine
I will soak in more sunrise and sunset
Never take a breadth for granted
Glass half full is what I shall see
I will not let power of hope and faith flee
For when my kids look back to these days
I want them to remember their mother chose to count her blessings more than pains…
Inspiring as always. Glass half full it is.
“I will soak in more sunrise and sunset” ❤ I say soak away, my friend.
PS: the pic is beautiful! they both are superrr adorable.

I have a feeling that our emotions will be tested again and again. Your attitude is strong and your motivation pure. We are all in this together.

I fail more than I succeed V.J. But every day I keep trying for my kids and my parents need a ‘happy me’ or at least that’s what I feel.

Kids give us so much strength. We are all human – that’s not a bad lesson either. Keep writing, keep connected – it helps.

You’re right. It’s only human to fall apart and rebuild. Thanks for your kind words. ❤️

Take care, dear! You should repeat these words as an anthem when you feel you are slipping.
